We offer complimentary Standard Shipping on qualifying orders of $129 or more.

Orders below $129 are charged $6.99 for Standard Shipping.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed.

For order processing purposes, business days generally exclude weekends and public holidays.

During holidays, promotional periods, or other periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Estimated Delivery

For eligible orders shipped to addresses within the United States:

• Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days after dispatch
• Order Processing: 1–3 business days
• Estimated Total Delivery Time: approximately 8–18 business days

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, severe weather, carrier operations, destination accessibility, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

International Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country or local authorities.

Unless otherwise clearly stated during checkout, customs duties, taxes, import fees, or similar charges imposed by the destination may be the responsibility of the customer.

Where applicable law or checkout terms provide otherwise, those requirements will apply.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We will do our best to assist if the order has not yet entered fulfillment or been dispatched. Once processing, fulfillment, or shipping has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, or your parcel appears to be delayed or missing, please contact us at support@aureliehome.com with your order number and tracking information.

We will review the available shipping information and assist with the appropriate next steps.

30-Day Returns

We hope you love your Aurelie Home purchase. If your item is not quite right, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition.
• The item must not have been slept in, altered, stretched, stained, scented, or exposed to pet hair.
• All original packaging, labels, tags, inserts, fabric storage bags, and accessories must be included where applicable.
• The item must be folded carefully and securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
• The return request must be submitted to our Customer Care team before the item is shipped back.
• Proof of purchase or the original order number must be provided.

Bedding and Hygiene

Bedding is considered a personal-use textile product. For hygiene reasons, bedding that has been used, washed, slept in, stained, scented, altered, stretched, exposed to pet hair, or returned without its original packaging may not be eligible for return.

Items that do not meet our return conditions may be refused, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact support@aureliehome.com within 30 days of delivery and provide:

• Your order number
• The item you would like to return
• The reason for the return
• Clear photographs where reasonably applicable, especially if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Please contact us before sending an item back so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns or returns that are not caused by a product defect or fulfillment error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Aurelie Home will provide an appropriate resolution and, where a return is required, will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Aurelie Home cannot be responsible for return parcels that are lost or damaged during transit when the customer arranges their own return shipment.

Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where a refund of those charges is required by applicable law.

Aurelie Home does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Return Shipping Window

Once you receive our return instructions, the item should be shipped back within 14 days.

Refunds

Once an eligible returned item has been received and approved, Aurelie Home will issue the refund to the original payment method.

Aurelie Home will typically issue the refund within 10 days after the eligible return has been received and approved.

After Aurelie Home issues the refund, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to make the funds visible in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the item, packaging, shipping label, and affected area.

Once the issue has been reviewed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or return solution depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be requested within the 30-day return window and are subject to product eligibility and availability.

Where an exchange is requested for reasons other than a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, customers may be responsible for applicable return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or exchange, except where applicable law requires otherwise:

• Used, washed, or slept-in bedding
• Items returned without required original packaging
• Gift cards or store credits
• Items clearly marked as Final Sale or non-returnable before purchase
• Items damaged through improper care, washing, storage, or use
