At Aurelie Home, we want every piece you bring into your bedroom to feel beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully chosen. If something is not quite right, we’re here to help make the return or exchange process as clear and simple as possible.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. The return window begins from the delivery date shown by the carrier’s tracking information.
To be eligible, your return request must be submitted within this 7-day period. Requests submitted after the return window may not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition.
- The item has not been slept in, altered, scented, stained, stretched, or exposed to pet hair.
- The item is returned with all original packaging, tags, inserts, fabric bags, and accessories where applicable.
- The item is folded and packed carefully to avoid damage during return shipping.
- The return request has been approved by our customer care team before the item is sent back.
Please note that bedding is considered a personal-use textile product. For hygiene reasons, items that have been used, washed, unfolded excessively, stained, scented, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Final Sale items.
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards or store credits.
- Used, washed, damaged, stained, scented, or altered bedding.
- Items returned without original packaging, tags, or required return approval.
- Customized or made-to-order products, if applicable.
4. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at support@aureliehome.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include the following information in your email:
- Your order number.
- The item you would like to return.
- A short reason for the return.
- Clear photos of the item in its current condition.
- Photos of the original packaging and shipping label.
Please do not send your item back before your return request has been approved. Returns sent without approval may be rejected or delayed.

Get Approval
Our customer care team will review your request and provide return instructions if your item qualifies.
Ship It Back
Send the approved item back using a trackable shipping method and share the tracking number with us.
5. Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Aurelie Home is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or delivered without tracking confirmation.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or confirmed by our customer care team.
6. Return Shipping Window
Once your return request is approved, the item should be shipped back within 14 days of receiving our return instructions.
Returns shipped after this period may be delayed, rejected, or processed as store credit at our discretion.
7. Inspection and Approval
After your return package arrives, our team will inspect the item to confirm that it meets our return conditions.
Inspection may take up to 5–10 business days after delivery to our return location. During busy periods, processing times may vary slightly.
If the item does not meet our return requirements, we reserve the right to reject the return or offer a partial resolution at our discretion.
8. Refund Options
Once your return is approved after inspection, we may offer one of the following refund options:
- Store Credit: Receive store credit for the eligible return amount, which can be used toward a future Aurelie Home purchase.
- Refund to Original Payment Method: Where applicable, refunds may be issued to your original payment method after inspection approval.
Please allow additional time for your bank, card issuer, or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@aureliehome.com.
Please include your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a short description of the issue. In some cases, we may also request a short video to better understand the condition of the item.
After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund depending on the situation and item availability.
10. Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or would like another design, please contact us within the return window. Exchanges are subject to item eligibility and availability.
If the item you want is unavailable, we may offer store credit or another suitable solution.
11. Change-of-Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you imagined. Change-of-mind returns may be accepted if the item meets all return eligibility requirements.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, if any, are not refundable.
12. Returns That May Be Rejected or Delayed
To keep the process fair and hygienic for all customers, returns may be rejected or delayed if:
- The return was requested after the 7-day return window.
- The item was shipped back without approval.
- The return tracking number was not provided.
- The item shows signs of use, washing, stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or alteration.
- The item is missing original packaging, tags, inserts, or accessories.
- The item is a Final Sale or non-returnable product.
13. International Orders
For international orders, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs fees, and any related charges unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
International return shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and customs process.
14. Refund Timing
Approved refunds are typically processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing may take 5–10 business days after inspection approval.
After we issue a refund, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
