Complimentary Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on qualifying orders over $100 after discounts and before taxes. Orders below the qualifying amount will be charged a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully completed.

Processing time includes order confirmation, item preparation, quality inspection, and packaging. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During holidays, promotional periods, new collection launches, or high-volume seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date your order is dispatched:

• United Kingdom: 7–10 business days
• Europe: 10–15 business days
• United States and Canada: 7–15 business days
• Other international destinations: 15–20 business days

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, severe weather, local courier operations, or other circumstances outside our control.

International Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or handling charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Please check your delivery address and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Address changes or cancellation requests can only be considered before an order has been dispatched. Although we will do our best to assist, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your tracking information has not updated for more than 5 business days, or your parcel appears to be delayed or missing, please contact us at support@aureliehome.com with your order number.

30-Day Returns

We hope you love your Aureliehome purchase. If your item is not quite right, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition.
• The item must not have been slept in, altered, stretched, stained, scented, or exposed to smoke, pet hair, or other signs of use.
• All original packaging, labels, tags, inserts, fabric storage bags, and accessories must be included where applicable.
• The item must be folded carefully and securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
• The return request must be approved by our Customer Care team before the item is shipped back.
• Proof of purchase or the original order number must be provided.

Bedding and Hygiene

Bedding is considered a personal-use textile product. For hygiene reasons, bedding that has been used, washed, slept in, excessively unfolded or handled, stained, scented, altered, stretched, exposed to pet hair, or returned without its original packaging may not be eligible for return.

Items that do not meet our return conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.

How to Request a Return

Before sending an item back, please contact support@aureliehome.com and provide:

• Your order number
• The item you would like to return
• The reason for the return
• Clear photographs if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Please do not return an item before receiving approval and return instructions from our Customer Care team. Unapproved returns may be refused.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Aureliehome cannot be held responsible for return parcels that are lost or damaged during transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer law or the return is caused by an error on our part.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the item, packaging, and affected area. Once the issue has been confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

• Used, washed, or slept-in bedding
• Items returned without their original packaging
• Personalised or made-to-order products
• Gift cards
• Final-sale or clearance items
• Items damaged through improper care, washing, storage, or use
